Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a complex, multi-entity workforce
- Lead and implement system and process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support reporting, audits, and change initiatives
- Work autonomously and part of a team to ensure positive results
- Proven experience leading payroll transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with major payroll platforms (e.g. SAP, Pronto, ADP, Chris21, PayGlobal)
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reporting standards
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering results
