This is a key commercial role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
- Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to drive performance
- Analyse variances, identify risks, and recommend actions
- Support month-end reporting and management reporting requirements
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Proven experience in an FP&A role
- Prior experience within the mining/resources sector (essential)
- Strong financial modelling and Excel capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- CA/CPA qualified
- Full Australian working rights and available to start immediately
