Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will act as a trusted commercial advisor to operational and executive stakeholders. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing insight, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior operational leaders to provide strategic and commercial financial advice
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting to support decision-making
- Drive performance through financial modelling, business cases and investment analysis
- Provide clear reporting and commentary on financial results, risks and opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and controls
- Act as a key link between finance and the broader business, translating numbers into insight
- CA or CPA qualified
- Significant experience in a senior finance business partnering or commercial finance role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working within a large, complex or operationally focused organisation
- Advanced financial modelling, analysis and reporting skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
- Senior, visible role within a large privately owned business
