to join our private client’s team based in the northern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has managed their own portfolio of clients and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with confidence and precision.
- Provide advisory support and insights to help clients make informed financial decisions.
- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping including reconciliations, BAS, very small payroll, and reporting.
- Maintain strong client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
- Work closely with a driven and supportive team in a collaborative office environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and client advisory roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients independently.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering top-tier customer service.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Happy to work 5 days in the office initially, with a hardworking team that values a good laugh.
