You will be joining an expanding business where you will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase orders and requisitions
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Assisting with supplier negotiations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting the wider finance and operations teams with procurement activities
- Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Proficient with Pronto and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\
- Based in Perth, with full Australian working rights
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
- Temporary assignment with potential for extension
