Hunter Manning are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer for an ongoing temporary opportunity with a well-established organisation based in Perth.

This role will suit a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and purchasing administration.

You will be joining an expanding business where you will be responsible for:
  • Processing purchase orders and requisitions
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
  • Assisting with supplier negotiations and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting the wider finance and operations teams with procurement activities
About You:
  • Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Proficient with Pronto and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\
  • Based in Perth, with full Australian working rights
  • Available to commence immediately or at short notice
