Hunter Manning is currently partnering with a well-established organisation in Perth's Eastern suburbs to recruit a Projects & Accounts Administrator to join their finance team supporting WA operations. This is an immediate start, initially offered on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition to permanent.

This is a hands-on position combining project administration and finance support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining costing accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and submit invoices and claims
  • Liaise with customers regarding purchase orders and updates
  • Track project costs and assist with budget monitoring
  • Set up and close jobs in the system
  • Allocate costs to the correct projects
  • Review WIP and flag any issues
  • Support the team with project costing and admin tasks
  • Ensure processes are followed correctly
  • Assist with basic reporting on project performance
  • Enter timesheets and maintain accurate records
To be successful in this position, you will have
  • Proven experience in a similar administration or accounts role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to quality
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience within mining, industrial, or project-based environments (highly regarded)
  • Full Australian working rights
