An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager (Full or Part time) to join a highly respected, National law firm based in the Perth CBD. With approximately 100+ staff and a reputation for excellence in its field, this firm combines top-tier capability with the agility, warmth and personality of a close-knit organisation.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, you will lead the People & Culture function with full ownership of strategy, operations and continuous improvement.

This is not a transactional HR role. It is a genuine opportunity to:
  • Partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior leaders on all people and culture matters
  • Shape and evolve the firm’s people strategy to support growth and performance
  • Drive recruitment strategy and talent acquisition at all levels
  • Oversee and enhance the full employee lifecycle experience
  • Lead engagement, performance, development, wellbeing and organisational change initiatives
  • Review and modernise policies, processes and systems
  • Manage and optimise the HR platform

About You You are a seasoned HR professional who thrives in senior leadership environments and enjoys working with intelligent, driven stakeholders.
You will bring:
  • Previous experience working in preferably a law firm but candidates from a Professional services background will be considered
  • You must have Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and relevant Awards
  • Demonstrated experience operating autonomously and strategically
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You are commercially astute, solutions-focused and confident influencing at executive level, while remaining approachable and trusted by staff across the business.
