Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing with weekly, fortnightly and monthly deadline in a large modern Payroll system.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database with updates/changes.
- Maintain employee records for new hires, contracts amendments, terminations etc.
- Review timesheets and other information to analyse and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in managing and processing superannuation contributions and state payroll tax.
- Liaise with and support the HR and Finance teams.
- Work closely with Payroll Manager and Payroll Officer to improve data integrity and processing efficiencies within payroll.
- Proven experience or a keen interest in a long-term payroll career who is looking for work-life balance & a great team.
- Proficiency using large Payroll systems & ability to follow process to a tee.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
