This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their payroll career, or a Finance/Accounts Officer looking to make the move into payroll, to gain hands-on experience within a large, high-volume, well-structured payroll function.
About the Role
Reporting into an experienced payroll team, you'll support the end-to-end payroll process across a large employee base, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, corporate payroll environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the processing and administration of end-to-end payroll
- Data entry and maintenance of employee payroll records
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely, professional manner
- Supporting timesheet processing and reconciliations
- Assisting with new starters, terminations, and other employee lifecycle changes
- Supporting month-end payroll tasks and reporting
- Working closely with the broader payroll and finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Exposure to SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of payroll legislation
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative and meet strict deadlines
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
