Working closely with two highly regarded Partners, you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy and dynamic firm in the Corporate & Commercial practice. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from the firm’s current senior paralegal, who will guide you through complex matters and help you develop your technical and commercial skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the preparation and review of corporate and commercial documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting legal research and managing due diligence processes
- Coordinating document execution and lodgements with regulatory bodies
- Managing client correspondence and maintaining matter files
- Supporting Partners with day-to-day workflow and project management
- Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a commercial, corporate, or transactional law environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
