The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the team to work across one of their key business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the management team and business by preparing, analysing, and interpreting financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making processes and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

Your profile:
- CA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Would suit either a first mover from public practice or someone with 1-3 years commercial experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills – must be able to speak to the business at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the management & implementation of financial systems
- Competent in the use of reporting & presentation tools and software, including ERP systems and the Microsoft applications.
