The opportunity: 
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join their Perth CBD office. This is a dynamic role offering exposure across the commercial practice group where you will be part of a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Managing monthly billings and time recording processes
  • Diary and calendar management for multiple fee earners
  • Opening, maintaining and closing matter files
  • Providing reception support as required
  • Assisting with corporate services functions, including meeting co-ordination and office support
  • General administrative tasks including document management, scanning and collation.
About you:
You are a confident, organized and solutions-focused Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in delivering high quality work, anticipate needs before they arise, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

You will bring:
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, adaptable and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished client manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with document management and billing systems (ideally File site, Expert or similar)
