The Role
As a Legal Assistant in the M&A team, you will provide critical administrative and legal support to partners, senior associates, and junior lawyers. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless transaction management and client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with clients and external parties
- Filing and document management
- Opening and closing client files in accordance with firm policies
- Billing and timesheet support
- General administrative tasks as required by the legal team and partners
