We’re seeking a confident and capable HR Advisor or Coordinator
who’s had hands-on HR experience and and is ready to broaden their impact in a generalist HR role to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Business Partner-style position
without the pressure of a permanent senior-level position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and guiding managers through performance management meetings and reviews
- Providing advice on employee relations and HR policies
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Managing general HR administration and reporting
- Solid hands-on experience in a HR Coordinator or Advisor role
- Exposure to performance management processes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Exceptionally strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone who is comfortable with a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Open to candidates with UK and Ireland experience that may be on Working Holiday Visas
