Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Group Performance: Deliver clear, insightful analysis of financial results and performance to the Performance Team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Champion Change: Lead continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, outputs, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes and embed financial discipline across the business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of workflow, strategy, and business objectives.
- Proven FP&A Leadership: Extensive experience in FP&A functions in large, complex organisations (ideally mining and ASX200 or equivalent).
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passionate about driving change and elevating reporting standards and processes.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel modelling and systems skills; contemporary approach to FP&A.
- Collaborative Team Player: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Finance leadership roles across FP&A, and Commercial Finance ideally within mining.
- Background: Demonstrated success managing reporting for ASX-listed or equivalent organisations.
