Based in South of the River in Perth, this newly created role presents a rare opportunity to join a business in an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the Accounts & Payroll processes. You will be doing a wide variety of tasks across multiple entities from processing invoices up to trial balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
- Processing high volumes of invoices, including weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Handling small fortnightly payroll function.
- 3+ years experience within a multi-entity commercial environment.
- Experienced in intercompany transactions & reconciliations.
- Demonstrated success in driving business improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
