What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Timely and accurate banking processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and ensure the accurate processing of transactions across many different entities.
- Maintain strong relationships and gather financial information for month-end tasks
- Strong experience in finance roles.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all financial matters.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
