Hunter Manning has partnered with an ASX‑listed mining business with an international footprint, based in West Perth, to recruit a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This role will support the leadership team and ensure the smooth running of the office.
This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and enjoys working within a close‑knit, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive‑level support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination.
- Manage general office operations, including supplies and maintenance.
- Prepare, proofread, and format business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage diaries across various time zones.
- Act as the go‑to person for office‑related queries and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for clients and staff.
- Opportunity to take on some bookkeeping duties over time.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Office Manager—ideally in an ASX‑listed environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with a solutions‑focused mindset.
