This position plays an important role in supporting the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives through the effective management of client and contact data, reporting, campaign support and CRM administration.
Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the organisation’s CRM database
- Conducting regular data cleansing, duplicate management and database updates
- Managing internal data requests and stakeholder queries
- Updating contact information from events, campaigns and external sources
- Assisting with the preparation of mailing lists and contact segmentation
- Supporting events, seminars and marketing initiatives through accurate database management
- Assisting with campaign reporting and post-event administration
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports relating to business development activity and client engagement
- Supporting relationship tracking and pipeline reporting
- Assisting stakeholders with data analysis and reporting requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows and database processes
- Assisting with CRM enhancements, upgrades and testing
- Supporting user training and system best practice across the business
- Previous experience in business development within a professional services environment
- Strong data management and reporting capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills with confidence liaising across all levels of a business
