Details:

- Rate:$45 per hour + Super
- Hours: 32–38 hours per week
Your key duties will include:
- Data entry of invoices into Xero, including checking against delivery records and approving.
- Generating supplier pay runs weekly, ensuring accuracy against supplier invoices.
- Entering and balancing invoices from the main supplier.
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Recording and balancing daily takings.
- Managing supplier queries via phone and email.
- End-to-end processing of weekly payroll.
- Uploading payments and assisting with ad hoc finance duties as required.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts all-rounder roles (ideally within small business environments).
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
