The practice has been strategically built by a former top-tier Partner who spent the majority of his career overseas. He brings with him deep international experience, extensive global networks, and a steady stream of overseas referrals, alongside a carefully curated client base of high-quality domestic and international clients. As a result, the team is experiencing a substantial and sustained pipeline of work, particularly across resource and project finance, as well as broader banking and structured finance matters.
You will work directly with the Partner, gaining rare exposure to complex, high-value transactions while also enjoying a level of client autonomy that is uncommon at this level. The role offers the chance to take ownership of matters, build trusted client relationships, and play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.

- Resource and project finance transactions
- Acquisition and leveraged finance
- General banking and structured finance matters
- Advising lenders, sponsors and corporates on complex deals
- 2–6 years PQE in Banking & Finance
- Experience or strong interest in resource and project finance
- Technically strong, commercially minded and confident dealing with clients
- Keen to take on responsibility and grow alongside an expanding practice
- Work one-on-one with a highly regarded former top-tier Partner
