Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable function and ensuring the timely and accurate management of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Raising invoices and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Allocating receipts and reconciling customer accounts
- Following up on outstanding accounts and managing collections professionally
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and payment queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting reporting requirements
- Assisting with month-end finance processes and general administration
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer position
- Prior experience working within a not-for-profit organisation
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a stakeholder-focused approach
- Experience with accounting systems and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Availability to commence immediately
